ID Protection in Shared Hosting
Enabling the ID Protection service for any domain name registered with us is amazingly easy in case you have a shared hosting plan. You can do this through the same Hepsia Control Panel, via which you manage your hosting account – you will only have to visit the Registered Domains section where all your domain names will be displayed and to click on the “ID Protect” button, which will be available for each generic or country-code Top-Level Domain that supports the protection service. This is also the place where you can renew the service or disable it altogether – in case you would like to transfer a specific domain to some other registrar. With our ID Protection service, you can conceal your private or corporate contact info with just a couple of mouse clicks and stop worrying that your information might be acquired by unsolicited individuals.
ID Protection in Semi-dedicated Servers
Ordering ID Protection for any domain name is amazingly easy if you have a semi-dedicated server. As long as the domain is registered through us, it will be displayed in the Registered Domains section of the Hepsia hosting Control Panel that is included with each and every semi-dedicated package. If a given generic or country-code Top-Level Domain supports ID Protection, you’ll see a small symbol on the right-hand side of that domain. To activate the service, you will need to click on it. In the same way, you can also renew or disable the service. You can activate ID Protection for a domain name during the account order process too, but since the ID Protection service is optional, we’ll give you the opportunity to add it to any of your domain names at a later point in time if you think things over and opt to conceal your private info from the general public after you’ve already created the semi-dedicated account.
